X-Cart 4.1.5 released

I totally bombed on the uprade patch, so went to a full clean install of 4.1.5. Had it running relatively well and when I imported the db from 4.1.0 I get the store front working wonderfully, however I can not login as admin anymore.

I get the email to go through and this is the content:

Account information:
Usertype: P
Username: master
Password: Data is corrupted or Merchant key is wrong!

Any thoughts?

Cashburn, i did exactly the same thing as you did ... and had the same problem.

The way I got around it was NOT to import the xcart_customers & xcart_config table.
That should then let you in.

Copy "blowfish key" value from 4.1.0 config.php to 4.1.5 config.php.
$blowfish_key ='some numeric value';

Are you using a Mac (PPC) ?

I find login times on Windows machines to be barely acceptable.
I find login times on Mac PPC machines to be painfully slow.

Anyone else?

I don't know, try to perform some additional tasks using admin tools... Summary >> Tools: Optimize tables, Check database integrity, Force cache generation, Clear templates cache and Re-generate the Blowfish encryption key (config.php must be CHMODed to 666).
