What do you mean manually? Add one line of code and it fixes the whole undefined issue. You don't have to redo any filter options.

As I see your request has been handled already. The thing is not all the filter-related data can be imported.

I want to tell you that it was importing previously but it is not importing now a days.

Also if I do this manually then it is created after that if we take export pack of [RF_PRODUCT_FEATURE_VALUES] then this is coming

[RF_PRODUCT_FEATURE_VALUES] !PRODUCTID!PRODUCTCODE !PRODUCT !CLASS !OPTION !VALUE

If this is coming in export pack then why I cannot able to import them?

That's how it's made. Same with orders you can export them but not import.

I don't understand why you are telling for customization, as I had told you that we have done Refine filters in Perfumes & Deodrants-and-Anti-perspirants (Category under Beauty & Personal Care), its taking two values for a single product and working absolutely fine through csv import.

Please see link :http://www.healthiza.com/Perfumes/
http://www.healthiza.com/Deodrants-and-Anti-perspirants/

Please also see the Import files for fragrances attached.
File Name :Tous

Currently, I have created all the filter class in admin, so when we are uploading a brand with the class, values and options, the Product is getting attached to the class and sometimes to options but it is unable to take the values. But as I mentioned, earlier it was not happening earlier.

Please also see the Import files for which values are not uploading.
File name : Creme 21

Also see the screenshots...

I hope I am able to make you understand the problem, even if I am unable to do so do let me know.

Thanks,
xtech

Sorry, did not see your message.

If you tell the import worked for you earlier but does not now, it's either related to the code change or to the inproper import files. Please contact our support for thorough investigation.

Thank you.

Thanks for your suggestion and opinion.I have contacted to support and someone has replied that -

X-Cart does not support importing "Refine Filter" filter classes, their options and values ([RF_PRODUCT_FEATURE_VALUES] section you've specified originally in CSV file). The feature can be added only by complex customization of default X-Cart functionality.

But it is confirmed that I have done this before through import option.I have mentioned this in the ticket and as well forum in post #257

I personally request you to handle this ticket named "Filter class value is not taking through import issue in healthiza site". Please investigate the matter and solve my problem.

Thanks.
