They said that because the issue might be related to customisations they would need to charge us for support so they could investigate

I've drawn their attention to this thread and the issue has been passed to the developers for further investigation.

Thanks for that, if the developers don't manage to fix the product then I'll give this a go, however I do feel it's their responsibility to get it to work properly.

There was talk about a patch upgrade from version 1.3.2 to 1.4.0 but I have not seen anything else regarding this.

Can anyone provide an update as to whether this is still going to occur? For those of us still using X-cart v4.5.5 (and Mobile mod v1.3.2) we have no way of upgrading to mobile mod v1.4.0.

I have a ticket still open with support, they say it's related to the majority of the mobile skin being loaded by Ajax and that they do not yet have a solution.

That makes a lot of sense. I can see where that would be a real problem to overcome. Perhaps they can use this solution to track pageviews: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7737549/google-analytics-and-loading-a-page-using-ajax-get-request

I've heard nothing, the google analytics problem is still there.
