Why sign in using Janrain attached with Gmail or Facebook it just gives me a warning message : You have not signed in. Try to use another authentication method.: I may decide to inactive also. But Facebook tab so far is ok.

Has anyone else integrated this into their website? I am not seeing much feedback here.

Will there be an update for Janrain to match the newly Release version of XCart 4.4.5 as release version of Janrian 4.4.4 is not compatible with xcart 4.4.5. When attempting to install its give an installation error stating that they are not compatible and installation cannot take place because of this.

I am receiveing the below error message after installing into xcart 4.4.4. @ www.enrichinghealth.net

Error Message is as follows:

You have not signed in. Try to use another authentication method.

I have attemped registering and signing in to the website with all six accounts but to no avail...

Any help is much appreciated!

Please be informed that Janrain module has no free support any more. The add-on is stable currently and all the possible issues are processed by the standard support rules.

Feel free to contact our support department if you encountered any issues.

I am having this module (social login) installed by a third party, my site is getting "Server not found: firefox can not find the server at https." messages in the area where the login links are supposed to be.
Both my server people and 3rd party who are helping out haven't been able to work out what is wrong. To the best of my knowledge I have set up and created my account, application with provider login - all correctly I assume. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Judging by the error message the application name specified in module settings is incorrect. On janrain side it looks like

https://myapplication.rpxnow.com/

You should take only "myapplication" part of it and put it into the application name field.
