NewBee Question. How do you change site background?.

Code worked, thanks. Only thing is i gonna have a problem with main body of site being distorted by background image as I am running FASHION MOSAIC template/skin. Is there a way of keeping backgroung image just within side panels of the site.?

1. Put your background image/and or color in the HTML,BODY css class as described
2. Use the TABLE.Container class to change the background of the main table container.
3. You may have to put background colors in for header and footer tables as well.

Does this work?

Hello,
Another new member here asking for help please> I have readt his thread and can't locate the 'Edit Templates' (and clicking on CSS file skin1.css)' as mentioned.

I have the page 'Welcome to the Administrator Zone' which does not use the term 'Edit Templates', but does have Template Editor. Is this the same thing please? If so, I can't see any sign of anything called CSS file skin1.css as mentioned.

Basically I am totally lost, anyhelp is appreciated please. I also want to reduce the width of the page to 90% and can't see any real specific advise for such a newbie.

You have found the XCART forum... LC users have access to some of xcart, but the answers here in THIS forum and thread do not apply to LC.

In my opinion, Qualiteam should not share forum resources between LC and XCart.

Can anyone tell me what size image is the best for the store wallpaper. Its driving me crazy, i cant get it to fit and not be fuzzy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
