When you click on Categories in your Management section, you are given a list of your top-level-categories. (not sub-categories)
Just re-number them according to the Category box you want them in.

i fallow all the steps and it does the same thing. i checked the POS and everything looks in order.
im using version 4.1.3, is ther any problem with that version.
