I just got signed up with WorldPay. I let them know that I was using X-Cart. I had to sign up through a SecureNet site. When I go onto X-Cart or X-Payments, neither WorldPay nor SecureNet are options.
I called WorldPay, and they transferred me to SecureNet. SecureNet says that they need to know what info X-Cart needs from them. I can feel the start of a huge headache coming..... Am I screwed or should I just find another CC processor?

I will try to help soften the headache...
1) In X-Payments 2.x you should see the option to add a payment processor. 2) Worldpay US is on that list 3) Click on the Worldpay US method as though you were going to add it & make a note of the toll-free number listed for Worldpay. 4) Call this number and tell them you want to sign-up for a merchant account using their "direct integration". 5) That should give you the credentials you need to add Worldpay US as a payment method in X-Payments. The confusion at Worldpay is a result of their recent SecureNet acquisition. All the sales people are evidently trained to steer new merchants towards SecureNet, but that gateway does not yet work with X-Payments. You need the old Worldpay US "direct integration" method to work with X-Payments for the time being. If/when you sign-up with Worldpay US for their direct integration, I will be interested on whether they insist on a 3-year minimum term with early termination fee? This is the quote they gave me & I am steering my merchants to Chase Paymentech as a result. Thanks,

Local Hero, I see you are using X-Payments v1.x where Worldpay US is not supported. You need to upgrade to X-Payments v2.x (a paid license exchange for your type of X-Payments license is available in your HelpDesk account).
If you used hosted X-Payments plan - upgrades to the latest versions of X-Payments would be free of charge.

Ouch! $1500 is just out of my price range. I think I'll look for another CC processor. Thanks for your help.
But..... excuse my ignorance, how can I tell if I'm using hosted X-Payments plan?

Oops. I thought you already have an X-Payments v1 license in your HelpDesk account. Those who have it can upgrade their license to X-Payment v2.x Enterprise for just $389. > But..... excuse my ignorance, how can I tell if I'm using hosted X-Payments plan?
