I have figures out what the issue is. I have UK addresses setup not to reguire a "state", so I created a new account for testing using the US as a state and bingo, everything worked as it should.
Is there anything I can tweak in Xcart to allow addresses without a "State" value as UK mail no longer requires a county in the address? Thanks |

Well hopefully there is a work around, possibly by editing something on the store side because Royalmail is set to delete counties from UK addresses in 2013
|

Not sure if you can pass it as empty string or " " (one space) string, X-Payments may do trim(), maybe ask QT
