in 4.7.11 the google feed can be automatically created with the use of cron. You still have to set up the google merchant feed to pick up your file or have it uploaded to the google merchant center.

Is it the cron.php in the /xcart/modules/Froogle directory that needs to get called?

If it is I guess it will require admin logon details in the cron task?
