The mod was installed but I am seeing 2 small images beneath my product image. How do I get rid of them?

The first small image a duplicate of the main product image and is only visable when there are detail images. The second image is a Detail Image.

This was ment to show small thumbnails of your detail image that are clickable to popup the larger image.

If you got rid of that part, then no one would see your detail images.

I do not want the small images to appear beneath the regular size product image unless it is a different image. What do I do to fix this? Before this mod was installed, I had the same picture for thumbnails and for detailed, but the detailed (for some) was larger.

Also, why does my pop-up have 2 parts to it?

You need to use a larger product image for your product thumbnail and delete the duplicate detail image.

It's not that the popup has two parts, it is that the original product image that is in the popup is smaller than what is set in Admin for the popup image size. You can either change this setting in Appearance Options to a smaller value or upload a larger image for the product.

Some of my detailed images are larger than others. How do I make my pop-up window look normal for all sizes?

Is there a way to delete the detailed image without going through each one? If I just delete the image from the image folder will this work or do I have to delete the association of image to product in the database? I have over 30,000 products so I need this to be as simple as possible.

You master images need to be as large or larger than the size that is set for the popup.

You can empty the images table directly from MySQL.

Product Upsells by default do not have images. They are just links. Are you using some sort of other mod for upsells?

No. Just the Image mod you sold me, and any custom work you had done.

I've added no other mods apart from Search Engine mod.

Ah! I need to rid these jaggies.

I have a few domains pointing to my main site and if someone comes in from one of them and tries to click on an image they get a message in the pop-up like "This script is licensed to another domain. Please contact scouch@telafirma.com for licensing information.". Anything I can do about this?

Hmm I'm using a modified related_products.tpl and recomends.tpl to display thumbnails in the related products and recommended products.

The only problem now is that it takes the original thumbnail (the big one we upload) instead of the automatic generated resized thumbnail.
I already tried to change the code a bit. The thumbnails are displaying but it still doesn't use the resized thumbnail. It uses the original thumbnail and takes the image size of the config.
The problem is that the customer has to download almost 500kb on thumnail images instead of 10 / 15kb.

Problem is solved by TelaFirma, on the same day. That is what I call SERVICE !!!
