Hi All,

I'm just reading through this with interest (and have quite a bit of catching up to do) and wondered if someone could explain the following to me.

I notice that the ANZ payment gateway is being removed from the 4.4.6 (or 4.5) version of X-cart, however this method always collected credit card info offsite on an ANZ hosted page (not within the store, just like PayPal does)

So I do not understand why this would be removed as wasn't this a valid method of collecting payments?

My first guess is because they rolled ANZ into X-payments as a supported gateway, but I could be wrong. Also - nice that QT hasn't answered Steve's question yet.

If a site is using PayPal Standard (checks out on PayPal site) does the website have to do anything worry about PCI-DSS besides https for the user info (name address email)

If your customer isn't entering CC info ON your site, you don't need to worry about being compliant.

I am using x-cart v. 4.3.2 & a hosted payment gateway.
Is this compliant? XC shows a "Payment Gateway Log" in the invoice receipt which shows the first
4 digits & last 4 digits of the CC # plus the expiration date. Is this a problem? Can it be removed
without upgrading to a newer version?
