What Is The Best Way To Fullt Change The Way The Site Looks..... By this I mean how is it that I can make my site look the way these other people have by changing shapes and the fuul layout.

Not really, smarty is code based, you need to take care of the code aswell as the graphics.

Dreamweaver can be set up to visually show the .tpl's but you need to be careful on what your doing as the tpl's don't display right due to x-carts coders never closing

properly with </p>. In many cases unless you rip out all of the

you'll see portions of the template.

Most of the developers do it at code level when it comes to the more complex tpl files as visual editors make a delightful mess of them.
