yes, i'm full of questions today. i checked the bestsellers.tpl, but i'm not sure what i'm looking for. would it be something in here:

Well I'd be "guessing" if I told you how to do it for just that, but for all your thumbnails you can go to General Settings>Appearance Options and set "The thumbnail width in the products list"

no, that's separate from the bestsellers pics, which show up way smaller than regular product pics. thanks for the try though.

Set image_x=25 to something else, keep in mind its on width basis and not heigh but it should be the same for both X and Y.
