Hi,

I have created a table named order_item_details.

How can I save value and update value in this table while adding product in cart and after successfully order placed?

You can't directly create a table in the database. Create a module and do everything you need to in it - create model, controller, the logic, etc.

This I have already done. Problem is when I am setting model data in prepareOrderItem function in Cart.php Controller, but it is not saving in db.
