Is there a way to offer free shipping on certain products only to a specific country?

X-Cart can not do that out of the box, but I believe you can do that using the new Shipping Per Product that haы just been released.

We are interested in the same thing - but as a discount code. We currently use the X-cart (out of the box) Coupons Module - but it does not give an option for free shipping.

We would like the customer to either select one discount OR free shipping but not get the discount WITH free shipping. And also limit the use of that coupon within a certain country as well.

Currently the coupon module is not that expansive. Any information on how we can expand that?

I've done lots of modifications along these lines over the years. Are you wanting this done for X-Cart 4 or 5? I can't tell from your signature.
