I cant find the location to change that on the head.tpl file
(its displayed on the top of the IE window)

Admin->Languages->Choose English from dropdown->Type in title in filter, and change type dropdown to text.

I have made the change and applied it. It stores the new information but doesn't change the title. What am I doing wrong?

Kris, following Boomer instructions will change it on the customer side...but it still says it in the admin title....

at least thats how it is on mine....
