After checking with the programmer behind the mod, he says yes, it should work fine with Phil's Reboot template.

Does this support iframe with Xpayment? I am using 4.7.5 gold

Yes, Smooth Checkout will support iFrame with X-Payments without any change in functionality. It just rearranges the page so that it is vertical instead of in three columns.
