When I test the url by Structured Data Testing Tool then it is showing rating,Price,quantity all but in google search results it is not displaying the rich Google snippet results.

What is the issue here?

I need detailed instructions for *** 4.7.3 install *** and I get a link to a page that only mentions all other versions but not 4.7.3

Also many of the folders in the "skin" of the downloaded Rich Google Search zip file for 4.7.3 are empty???? Is this correct. Seems like the download is missing data. I downloaded it twice same result.

EXAMPLE:
x-rich-gsearch-results-4.7.3/skin/light_responsive/customer/ (empty no files)
x-rich-gsearch-results-4.7.3/skin/ideal_responsive/customer/ (empty no files)
x-rich-gsearch-results-4.7.3/skin/ideal_comfort/customer/ (empty no files)
x-rich-gsearch-results-4.7.3/skin/common_files/customer/ (empty no files)

I search the Xcart form but all info for this MOD is a couple of years old!!

I try and run xxxxxxxxxxxx/install-rich-gsearch-results.php but nothing happens

Can you please make a more concerted effort to give me the info I need to get the product I paid for installed correctly.

Thank you for reporting the issue regarding the empty folders. They shouldn't be there and we will remove them with the next release. However, they do not affect neither the module functionality nor the installation process at all.

question, when installing this, I dont get any errors on the Patch page but it still warns me that it can break my store. Would I get errors if there were any?

No, installation shouldn't break the store unless you overwrite templates (which you don't). On top of that I see that all hunks succeeded.

However, I don't see any hunks for product.php. If you are not sure that the module is installed properly please create a support ticket and our engineers will have a closer look.

The product.php.patch file is empty for 4.7.6 .zip file. Can you confirm this?

I've just checked that and you are right - it's empty indeed - and that's how it should be. So, nothing to worry about.

well, it replaced my product_detail.tpl file with a 4.7.6 version, which i wasnt happy with since i had mods on the old one so i had to manually patch that file. Otherwise it went ok.
