I'm getting this error. What's the fix?

Order declined.
Review your data or contact the store administrator.

Reason: Internal error (The \'sku\' field is missing or incorrect)

Hi Kara,

I created a new thread for this issue in order to confuse people.

The bug was fixed in https://bt.x-cart.com/view.php?id=44174 (that ticket is in Russian as it was reported by a Russian person).

Anyways, we are preparing an update of X-Payments connector this week.

While it is not ready please try sku_missing_patch.diff patch.

Also, we have X-Payments Hosted - wouldn't this patch go on those files? If so, I don't have access to those - only templates - and would need that patch applied by xc.

Please ignore my previous message. The patch needs to be applied to X-Cart 5, not to X-Payments.

File is <xcart 5 dir>/src/classes/XLite/Module/CDev/XPaymentsConnector/Core/XPaymentsClient.php

Or wait a bit till we release an updated connector version via the X-Cart 5 Marketplace so you will be able to install it and get the fix along with others.

Sorry about the confusion. This bug was confirmed in X-Cart 5.1.9 and never confirmed in X-Cart 4.x. I found your HelpDesk ticket about this issue. Let us investigate this for X-Cart 4.x first.

First of all we need to know what you have in your X-Cart 4.6.0 (modules, customizations) and what you do to get that error message. This information will help us to research if there is a bug and how to fix it.

We have Altered Cart Checkout Page, X-Payments Hosting.
When someone adds a Gift Certificate to their cart, then goes to the checkout page, when the credit card iframe starts to pop up, we get the error.
