I noticed this module does not work in a mobile skin. It also does not work in your demo store when the responsive skin is turned on and the site is viewed on a mobile device. Any ideas on if this will/can be made to work in a mobile environment?

Indeed, Refine Filters module does not work in mobile skin. The skin needs to be modified in order to display filters. We will check how easy is to add RF support as an out-of-the-box feature for mobile skin. If it will not take much efforts, we will just add it. Otherwise, a custom mod might be needed.

As for the Ideal Responsive skin, it shows filters. Check out our online demo for iGoods category. Filters section is displayed below Categories one and above Bestsellers.

Thank you.

We've just checked it and it turns out to be not as easy as add a couple of entry points to the skin code. There are several things to revamp so we decided to add Mobile support to one of next RF releases. We will keep you posted.

And as I said, you may always pay for a customuzation to have it faster. Do not hesitate to contact us.

Hello,
In a particular category when I filter products by manufacturers how can i select more than one manufacturers products from filter?

When the AC on sale module is turned on and creating offers through On sale then price filter is not working on discounted price.

What is the issue here?

You need to just tick several checkboxes in the Manufacturers filter.

Indeed, Price filter is based on a regular product, not on a discounted one. This is how it was architected.

Thank you

Thank you

But in category page if I select multiple manufacturers it is only filtering only one manufacturer.

Regarding discounted price if I want to give offers and discounts for some particular products and refine filter price filter is not allowing me to filter in right way then how it will work?

How to make it compatible with discounted price and offers?

Thanks.

Has anyone come up with a solution, to import/export in bulk filters assigned to Product(s)?

We do not want to use Extra Fields as the data source, because we want to be able to assign 1 product, multiple filter selections.

For example: Service Name would be Gauges, and have Variants Fuel Level, Oil Pressure, etc... one product/gauge might work for either, so we would want the product to show up whether the customer filtered by Fuel or Oil.

We'd like to Import/Export filter values that are under the "Filter class" source.

We import thousands of products at a time, and to go one by one and "filter" them out, is way to time consuming.

I have read about importing/exporting from the database direct, but rather not go this route...

Any input appreciated.

Hi,

Although, your product configuration and requirements to it is not very clear, I believe you may utilize Filter Classes for it. At least, it allows to define several options of one filter for a product. Bulk import of filter classes is supported.

Read more at:

If you face difficulties configuring filter classes, please contact our technical support for assistance.

Thanks.

The refine filters do not show correct out of the box!
Refer to this thread: http://forum.x-cart.com/showthread.php?t=69062

Divs are used for displaying content. Tables are used to show tables.
Where can I get a fix to get Refine Filters to be displayed correctly?
