Error: number of orders does not sync ??
I have a customer who has been trying to order from me for 3 days now. He's attempted 5 orders and none of them go through (I am having other successful orders). He is trying to pay via credit card.
He said the error he is getting on his end says: "number of orders does not sync" This is exactly what it says in my error log. Code:
He is paying with a VISA. I am using X-Payments: PayPal Payments Pro Any ideas what this error message means? I've been running this store for 3 years and never had this one.

Moved to X-Payments issues & questions
This seems to be related to the old "Paypal line items" issue we had in X-Cart (UPDATE: not fixed in X-Cart 4.5.4 you are using). UPDATE: I was wrong - it is not fixed in 4.5.4, but we have a patch for the issue for 4.5.4 and also it will be included in the upcoming 4.5.5. Just contact our techs for a free patch using your HelpDesk account. Refer to this post when you submit a ticket.
