Not really the solution you're looking for, but you could always modify the IP number in the file each time your IP number at your house changes. To find your IP number go to http://www.whatismyip.com and then just slap that in the code. Great addition to the code Steve. This should be something X-Cart takes and expands for an incremental release. Nice work!

You can improve it creating an input box in Admin for IP address.
Let's say you have dynamic IP. Find it using a whatismyip script on many websites. Then login in your administrator account and put the IP address into input box. Save, and enable Webmaster Mode. Only you should see the Debug Console in Frontend.

Is there an update for v4.4.3 to disable Webmaster console in frontend based on user name (e.g. only admin) not IP's?

This should be available by default in all X-Cart versions. The script could be improved in this way. When the Admin chooses to use the Webmaster console, automatically the script gets his IP address. Based on this IP address, the script will be show the console only to it. This elegant way solve the problem with dynamic IP's.

The mod in this thread does not apply to Webmaster mode - it applies to the debug console.
