This has to be the most disappointing experience we have ever had with an X Cart mod.
Support is very poor, we have been sold an incompete checkout system. Checkout images are still wrong, we paid extra for the integrated checkout which includes the report system. This does not actually appear to exist for 4.4.x as we are being told they are "preparing the patches"? Not at all impressed so far. Despite the previous testimonials we would suggest you treat this company with caution.

We found a small glitch in our support system (10 days back we upgraded our system). The latest version has a bug "ticket list and client status not using custom ticket status settings to determine active tickets". We are fixing it right now. This caused the issue filtering the last response from the customers. This is not an excuse for the delay in response. We are extremely sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Hmm.... I too have had an issue with MercuryMinds.
On their One Page Checkout "OPC" mode, they clearly showed ALL the available shipping methods AT THE SAME TIME in the demo images of what the mod looked like, yet that is not what you get when you install the module. What I find MOST disturbing, is the fact that the ORIGINAL images shown on their site showed ALL the available shipping methods. Now when you visit the site, only one carrier is shown on those same images - they photeshoppped the FedEx rates out of the images, leaving only the UPS rates....you can actually see where the FedEx rates would have been (above the UPS rates). I paid for a product that I didn't receive. I expected and paid for this ability. When I emailed them about this, they agreed that they saw those images (I have the images saved to my HD and I do have the emails I am referring to as well). They promised that they could deliver on the product they advertised. Here I am 2 weeks later, and now they have changed the images on their site. 2 weeks ago I asked them to provide this AS SHOWN in the demo images. I was promised that they would be able to fix this issue within 5 working days. We are now at day #8 and not even a response to my queries..... and I am NOT using their "custom ticket" system. No emails to even lie to me. Come on guys - at least lie to me and tell me that you are still "working" on it... I was going to get the Smasher program, but NO WAY am I spending another dime with these folks. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM, I WOULD CAUTION YOU TO RECONSIDER... At least until they provide for what they advertise.

There is no reason to lie to you. We committed to deliver what we promised. If there is a delay, there may be some valuable reason behind it. Did we ever tell you "We do not do that" or Ever fail to agree the issues or Ever fail to drop the support? Everyone please understand that x-cart 4.4.1 and 4.4.2 come up with many bugs by default, we are also fixing to make sure the checkout process goes well. Regarding changing the screen shot, that's how x-cart by default behaves. The designer who prepared the design did a mistake. We would have dropped you the support saying "it is by mistake. this is how it works and might have closed the ticket". but, we admitted and committed to make the changes to what you want (AT FREE COST too) though it requires 4-5 hours time additionally to keep our promises. We changed the screen shot to make sure another customer should be affected with that. We are providing the support though you report here, not in the system. Thank you for your understanding. First of all; if you read my post, I never said that you have lied. I said (tongue-in-cheek) that you should lie to me. Give me a response of some kind. It has now been 10 full days (8 business days) since I heard from your company. I emailed you guys yesterday morning and have still have not heard anything back, yet i can get a response from you here. Of course your fix should be free. That is assumed based on the face that the product wasn't delivered as advertised. You make it sound like you are providing an addition service for free - no, you are simply fulfilling your side of the bargain. I fulfilled mine when I paid for something I didn't receive. As to the version number, note that I am running 4.3.2. On the positive side, I must say that I love the way the mod works and highly recommend it - as long as you (the purchaser) are aware of what you are paying for.
