Exclamation Multi-Vendor Carts... Which one?

I am interested in hearing your pros/cons.

CS MV is under development: http://s.x-cart.com/ay7XyM $695
X-Cart's MV is currently available: http://www.x-cart.com/pro_features.html $431

I am having a hard time justifying the price difference. I am open to your comments on this as well.

I'm afraid the forum is set to block a number of cart providers from being posted (as it did above). Plus, this really isn't the place to discuss pros and cons of each cart - you would be better off in someplace like webmasterworld.com.

Balinor,

Why do you do this? Surely people should be able to mention competitor carts on the forum?

What happened to this change in forum rules:
http://forum.x-cart.com/showpost.php?p=293062&postcount=19

Even if you are unable to get a lot of response here to the broad comparison question, once you are close to a decision, you might get good insight about specific functionality questions from the X-CART forum who have the multi-vendor X-CART experience. They are more likely to be here than on webmasterworld

I wonder how an unrealeased, untested, unfinished and unoriginal multi-vendor cart can be far superior??

I didn't do anything - don't blame me, the forum is set to filter other cart names as it did above. I have nothing to do with it, nor do I have access to those settings. So if you have complaints, bring them up with Qualiteam, not me.

I suggested WebmasterWorld for this exact reason.

And yes, I agree, the cart you are talking about is not yet released, so it is pretty difficult to compare.

Sorry, folks. That change was automated. I corrected the original post.

Unfortunately, I can't have it disabled, as mentioning competitors carts is allowed in this part of the forum only. But I am here to keep the new rule in place and working!

Sabot, you are welcome to contact us with any questions.

I am afraid I can't explain their reasons for the price difference. But I'll be glad to address your questions and concerns about X-Cart here.
