If I lose the pincode #'s needed to login, is there a backup method to regain access without having to delete database and start all over again (and lose all payment transactions)?

I lost the #'s recently and have searched far and wide to find out how I can reset my account, the error message keep saying contact admin. Well I was admin and could not get back in.

I had to delete database and start fresh again (glad this is just a test environment).

This pincode feature is ridiculous

You can have new pins generated for a particular user.

I did see that, but I wasn't 100% sure what it meant. Would I use SSH to generate additional pins via that method if needed? I see there are referring to 'open the console' I just wasn't sure if they meant SSH or not.

Yes SSH. Make sure you don;t lose them

QT picked ridiculous way of login but I don;t think they will change it

Correction: the QSA said Qualiteam to add it otherwise X-Payments wouldn't be approved as PA-DSS compliant.

Why is Cardinal Commerce the only 3D secure option? BarclayCard supply the developers code to do you own 3d secure. Doesnt look like it can be used with this limited option though. Any ideas?

Where do we change the cron.php launch settings?

You need to run that script periodically. If your server is Unix-based - you need to use "crontab". If you are not sure how to do that - contact our techs for help!
