Oh, and guys, if you want to do the 4 labels per sheet... here's the labels I use:

http://www.macolabels.com/ml-0400.html

It's just $50 for 2000 Avery 5168 compatible labels, SHIPPED! That's just 2.5 cents a label. Wayyyy cheaper than Avery (unless you have some secret Avery source, then let me know! )

I'm interested in printing 4 labels a sheet. IF it works out, it should save a bunch of time. I'll update y'all as to how everything goes.

If you're using endicia it can be easily done inside of endicia. I don't remember the exact steps. One of the options is to use 'stealth' mode i believe.

That's correct. You can find "stealth" mode under "Options" => "Premium Service Options".

Check the box that says:

Use key line (Stealth) indicia

One can see why people can't find this option. A better name for the option might be "Hide Postage".

You can see screenshots of the above steps at:

Thanks,

Unfortunately, "stealth" mode or postage hidden mode is not available under my USPS Automator software.

If you find that you need this option and purchased my USPS Automator software, I will be happy to switch you over to my Endicia Integrator software and will refund the purchase difference.

Of course, switching to Endicia Integrator requires that you purchase an Endicia.com account as well.

Thanks,
--Nate

Koz,

I don't know if you've had success with this yet. However, my software definitely supports it.

I can provide a 4-up label layout if you can't make one work yourself.

Also, if you're getting stuck on anything, just send an email to support (at) workingmansoftware.com and I'll be happy to help.

Thanks,

--Nate

Nate,

Thank you a million times for this wonderful software. You have single handedly increased our output and made shipping a breeze. Your customer support is second to none.

JSA thank you for the label suggestion. I read this thread... got the labels, got the software and found a code online for 2 months of free endicia which just ended. I'm hooked!

If anyone is contemplating this as a solution I give it a big two thumbs up.

Thanks again!

-Todd

Yes it is a great time saving program. We have been using the Endicia Integrator for a little over 1 month now. Nate does an excellent job!

We too are using the Maco labels. MUCH less expensive than Avery. One issue we are seeing is the print seems to rub off the label fairly easily. We had one come back last week that could barely be read after two trips through the USPS system. Is anybody else having this problem? I am wondering if it is the labels or our laser printer.

Hi Nate,
Does your mod support the Zebra thermal printers yet?

Please advise,
