For anyone interested you can download the upgrade kit from 3.3.5 to 3.4.0

Be warned though that this version is as yet not a stable version

I would echo Shan's comments here.

If you have a live site, it is worth testing locally (set up a local server for testing) with this before upgrading a live site.

.1 versions tends have the major bugs ironed out.

I cant find it in my "files" area. Everything else is there but the upgrade kit.
