I've been asking for the change for the past 2-3 RC releases. Just don't see any particular reason why the registration form should have two different sections, "Personal Information" and then "Contact Information" right below it.

Addtionally, we don't have any option to easily move the "Phone" and "Email" fields in from "Contact Information" section into the "Personal Information". And when contacted X-cart about doing this, they wanted to charge support points because it is a custom mod.

PLEASE make the necessary change. Or at least give us the option of making that change within the Admin Pannel. I hope to see this change in the next release. THANK YOU for listening.

Sorry, but these sections will be separated in 4.1.0 and the ability to move items between the sections may be included in the next major release only. For now, you can get these sections joined by modifying the templates.

Thanks svowl. My CSV errors are that I list an image and it is missing from the server. This is due to the fact that I am missing a dozen images for 6,000 products for this one category.

In lieau of finding out exactly which ones, can product import be configured to not hang up when an error exists on one product (like a missing image)? That way, at least I could have loaded the 5,988 products and checked the log to see which ones are missing. That makes more sense. Can't the import.php check the error and move past it?

I'm certain there is a bug in 4.1.0 RC4 which results in not being able to put anything in the shopping cart or the wish list. I have read all the previous posts about this problem and I have followed all the steps to rectify but the problem stays. The result is the same in both Firefox and IE on my desktop machine, the staging virtual machine, plus a browser on the server where the cart is hosted. I can't see how all threee machines could all suddenly start blocking cookies at the same time.

I'm going to start the cart from scratch again and try to reproduce the bug - has anyone else seen this in 4.1.0 RC4?

Here is how to reproduce the "your shopping cart is empty" bug in 4.1.0 RC4:

Start with a fresh install - Australian defaults. Browsing the store as an anonymous user it is possible to add items to the cart no problem.

1. Modify default master password
2. General settings: added alternate currency NZD - 1.25 rate. Enable CC info validation. Save
3. General settings: Appearance options. Multiple columns: 3, uncheck display only featured products. Save.
4. Browsing anonymously, choose a product and click "add to wish list". Usual Warning page appears prompting for login.
5. Browse for another product and now click "Add to cart". "Your shopping cart is empty" page shows.
6. Created new customer profile, then tried to add a product to the cart - same result. Add to wish list - ditto.

Clearing cookies, cache, etc makes no difference. The only way to fix it is to do a fresh installation and start again.

Hi

Thumbnails don't seem to work in Bestsellers and templates are not being shown on the browser baseline in webmaster mode - just labels and urls.

This applies to both the trial version I downloaded and also the demo version.

Anyone else got the same problem?

(IE6 and Firefox 1.5.0.1)

when view feature product show 'lbl_save_price' but when show full details show 'lbl_save'.

my sets in spanish
lbl_save save = guardar
lbl_save_price = ahorre

I can not upgrade to RC4.

It simply says, NO UPGRADE PATCHES AVAILABLE.

What am i doing wrong.

In english version these label a bit different:
lbl_save: Save
lbl_save_price: save
