Hi,
I am trying to remove the billing address and some fields (fax, website) and I comment them out in register.tpl, however, I couldn't find where to modify the error message in register.php, and that why I got javascript debug error when I tabbed over the deleted fields...

Any help will be greatly appreciated...

I believe that the javascript error checking is at the beginning of register.tpl

I had problems commented out the ship fields and other fields, it would submit, send a confirmation to new register person but not save.

Need to change or modify the field verification coding I guess.

I have a question in reference to the registration process:

what if i wanted to ADD fields? (like wedding date in my case)

is "un-requiring" fields as easy as changing the java form check?
