where is {name} defined as the name of customer

I tried {address} and there was no output

{$fullname} is for logged in users, and available on every page (I think)

{$display_greet_visitor_name} is for previous visitors with accounts but not logged in yet. Available on the home page and most other pages as well.

{$userinfo.firstname}
{$userinfo.lastname}
These two are only available on cart, checkout, and my account pages.
