![]() Don't ask but this is how I update the site.
I make amendments to the site via webmaster mode. I then update via the html catalog function. Then I go into Dreamweaver (DW) and overwrite some of the files as they 'look better' when I have altered them in DW - index (homepage being one of them). 2 days ago I went through the same procedure. When I open DW the newly altered (in webmaster mode) index.html is not there. I know it has updated as I can see the changes on the live website but it is not listed on the remote site. When I transfer the 'old' index.html file from local files to remote site, it still does not show in the remote side although, again, I know it has gone across as the changes can be seen on the live website. Why can I not see the file in remote?
