Anybody konw how to change meta keywords and meta description dynamically according to the page content.

Hi balinor,

I use SEO options in my admin panal and I give meta
description and meta keywords . This is common to all the pages ? how I can change this to all the pages ?

That is just the default tag - the individual pages pull from the description, or, you can fully control all of them using either CDSEO or this mod.
