I found the three tabs on the upper right corner to be the tab.tpl inside top_menu.tpl. The question is how do I add tabs to top_menu.tpl? I'm inside the Webmaster mode but having trouble adding the tabs. Does the labels reside in the mysql database?

You add tabs via the 'speed bar' link in the admin menu. Not trying to sound like a jerk, but have you actually looked at the manual for this software yet?

you know that's a bad habit of mine to start doing things without looking at the manual first .

Bad habit indeed Those of us who volunteer here are more than happy to help with questions, but it is rather frustrating to answer questions that are already covered well in the manual. I know it isn't the best manual in the world, but it does cover the basics pretty thoroughly. So if you could first check there before posting questions that would be great. Thanks!
