![]() We are calling up xcart, version 4.0.4, into an iframe without the header. But when a customer fills out profile deatils in step 1 of checkout and has to work their way down to the bottom of the page and click the submit button the mouse focus stays put and the user ends up looking at a blank bottom half of the web page until they realize perhaps they should scroll up and see if anything is going on. Same thing on subsequent pages as they go through the checkout process.
Thought it may be the iframe causing the problem but even when bypassing that and going directly into the store through the root folder it still does the same thing. Does anyone know if you can input something with PHP, similar to an html top of page anchor tag, so that susequent pages would come in with the focus at 0,0.? And if it can be done, where? Would this be solved just by upgrading to 4.0.18? Robert Scott Thomas

![]() 4.0.4 was indeed pretty buggy, upgrading may help, but should be done regardless.
Also, if you could please put your X-Cart version in your signature per the forum rules that would be great: Edit profile, enter version, enter help desk password, click the 'Always attach my signature:' box, save. Thanks!
