I'm trying to add one more box to my storefrond like help with 3 link. It's for texts only like privacy, terms are ...

can you please suggest how can i do that. I have some skills for editing templates and php but need the correct direction.

Easiest way is to just create a new template and copy the content of one of the other menu box templates (like help.tpl). Then, call the new template in home.tpl (again, just copy the include for help.tpl and change the name). Edit the content in your new template according to what you want. Done!
