I've found the text "This is a demo store with powerful X-CART engine inside" inside the language option admin/languages and the text file "txt_welcome".

But immediately above that, I see the text: Welcome to X-CART which I can't find anywhere?

I'm also having problems locating the template 10 products and 999 Items online (I want to remove the 999 items online), rather than change the text?

The text you mention is set within the general settings area under company options. When you update the company name the x-cart reference will disappear.

Thanks for that. It now says: Welcome to Acme Ltd

Any idea where I find the template which will let me remove this line altogether?

Likewise the template which says: 100 products and 140 items?

The 100 products line is in the head.tpl

The Welcome line is in /customer/main/welcome.tpl

When the shop is added to favorites, when you look in your favorites in your browser IE and hover with your mouse over it, still showing :Welcome to x-cart store!

Any idea where I can change this?
