The slowness shifted when I patched to 4.1.6. Under 4.1.5 the entire page would show up but it would take 12-15 seconds at least. I'd see three different SQL spikes before that happened.

Now the banner shows, then everything else, but it does it under 7 seconds and so I am a happy camper.
