It appears his web site is down too so it may be the same problem as the DSEFU "call home" feature.

I was going to buy this mod... can't do that now.

Well, I'm not going to ruin my day over it. I've lost TONS of money because of the DSEFU mod and Google still has a cache of my site from June 1st... This is just costing time because if its not dealt with before noon, then my assistant will have to manually process all orders. We'll see how fast he works to fix this.

Anyone sent him an email for support? I guess that would be down too.

I pm'd and emailed Nate last night. No response to the pm, but I can't check my email until I get into the store this morning.

No response to email either. Any suggestions to alternative methods? I have been trying to get shipworks up and running, but get an "access denied" when trying to access the .php file. Their support is less than impressive at this point.

I heard back from Nate. He said the server was down but has been restarted. It must have gone down again, because I still cannot access it.
