You don't need to do it manually. The module will detect automatically & load Fast Lane checkout only to mobile versions in case if you enabled One Page Checkout in your website.

If your main site is configured and works in another language, it does too. We can't have different language for mobile version alone. If your main site runs in Dutch language, the mobile version will also run Dutch language.
