![]() Is it possible to have the quantity drop-down field that appears on the product detail page also appear on the 'Shopping Cart' page, instead of the text input field? Would need to know which files and where they need to be changed.

![]() Ok, perhaps I should re-phrase this - what we actually want is to limit the maximum number of items a customer can order for any particular product (the maximum will be the same for every product). We have set this number to 4 in the Admin area, but that only seems to apply to the drop-down box. On the items page (cart), anyone can change the quantity input field to whatever quantity they want, thereby bypassing the figure set in the Admin area.
We tried the change to customer/cart.php suggested in this thread: http://forum.x-cart.com/viewtopic.php?t=4567&highlight=maximum+order but that does not appear to work either. Any help would be greatly appeciated!

![]() Nobody has any idea about this? Surely there must be a way to limit the quantity a customer can order of each item...
