![]() I noticed when I send a test order along with a note in customer notes it sends the customer notes to the customer along with their CC info.
![]() It sends the store just a plain invoice with no Customer notes and no CC info. The CC info shouldn't be on either but if it must be it should go to the store and not the customer. They're backwards to say the least. This needs to be addressed by x-cart and in the mean time we need to make the changes in our tpls. Anyone know what to edit to get this straightened out? Here's copies of my test orders. BTW the CC info is bogus ![]() Customer Copy http://riverviewflorist.net/Photos/customer.jpg Store Copy http://riverviewflorist.net/Photos/store.jpg

![]() You shouldn't be sending it to the store OR the customer. Just turn it off in General Settings/E-mail options

![]() Anytime I order online, newegg for example, I get an invoice of what I ordered. I would think most people would want a copy,of what they ordered, sent by email. Turning off the email isn't the solution. It's backwards and needs to be fixed. Not turned off.

![]() I tried your solution."turn it off in General Settings/E-mail options" Now I don't recieve the customer notes in the customer invoice or the store invoice. To this store it's important to know where and when a customer wants the items they pay for delivered if they order multiple items for mutiple poeple. I got a better idea. Why don't it just get fixed properly instead of turning it off! If it needs to be turned off it probably shouldn't be there in the first place.

![]() The reason the cc info is there as an option is because some people like to encrypt their e-mails and therefore receive cc info. You have indeed stumbled upon a flaw, and that is that the notes and cc info are tied together. There are a couple of threads in the wish list forum and the custom mods forum that are discussing this very issue.

![]() This store needs the notes section. It's very important that we recieve the notes. As I stated we need to know what the customer wants if they order items for more then one person. If we can't recieve the notes section of the order we can't use X-Cart. Fortunitly I have 18 days left of the 30 day money back gaurantee. It's a flowershop and alot of people order for more then just one person on holidays etc. We would need to know who they would want their flowers delivered to. The only place I can see where they could put that info is in the notes section of the checkout area.
From what I can see the emailed invoices need to be reversed. I'm sure editing the tpl could fix that. That would solve the problem for now. It would be ashame if a customer ordered a different arrangement for his grandmother, wife and gay lover. We wouldn't know what to send to who.

![]() As I said, look in the Custom Mods section for a work-around.

![]() The STORE is recieving the customer invoice and the CUSTOMER is recieving the store invoice. It's obvious in the pics I posted and I'm being told to look for a work around to a problem that x-cart knows exists. Is that a joke? I should already have the solution for this? How hard is that to fix on X-Carts end.

![]() Look, I don't work for X-Cart so I don't have the ability to fix the way it works by default. I am suggesting a fix for your issue, which you can take or leave. If you have a problem with the way X-Cart works, contact the X-Cart help desk directly. This forum is run by the users of X-Cart, not X-cart themselves. Bitching at me is not going to help.
