Additional Product description fields

Currently on X-Cart 4.0.11 we have

Short description* :

Code:

{$product.descr}

Detailed description* :

Code:

{$product.fulldescr}

I would like to add more description i.e.

Specification description* :

Code:

{$product.specs}

Warranty description* :

Code:

{$product.warranty}

Is something like this possible?
