How do I update ExpiresYear dropdown menu on New Coupon Page

Default How do I update ExpiresYear dropdown menu on New Coupon Page
My New Coupon page only has "2003" and "2004" in the Year dropdown menu to set the expiration of a coupon. How to I include "2005", "2006" etc.?
