After we did an import, all of the attributes are erased and the attribute page appears to be broken on every product. Any solution apart from restoring from backup?

You should report this to the bugtracker

It is also possible you are using older version of XC5 and this is fixed in newer one so you may want to upgrade it

We are using the latest version of x-cart

Hi there

We are currently on the newest version, 5.2.15

One of our staff uploaded an incorrect csv file, one of the attribute names was doubles ex - colour(field:global) material(field:global)

I'm not a PHP master, but it looks like xcart was expecting a non null value?

I believe it is a custom module, and from the short name I guess the module makes the list of available options depend on selected ones.

How long ago was the modification made? Perhaps you still can contact the author and ask about the error message.
