How do I change the wording "There are no shipping methods available"

Default How do I change the wording "There are no shipping methods available"
I am using x-cart 5.2.15 and I would like to change the wording in the checkout page stating "There are no shipping methods available"

It should just be a language variable. Store Setup-> Localization.

I think you wanted to say 'Store Setup -> Translations'
