Where can I edit the overall size for icon product images and product view size images? I tried to do a quick search and couldnt find anything.

thumbnail size is set in general settings,

you could edit products.tpl and product.tpl if you wanted to hard code the sizes

Try General Settings > Appearance options (dropdown menu at page top). One of the items is "The thumbnail width in the product list" - change this to your desired width (the height apparently adjusts automatically).

If you set the thumbnail size to: 00 in general settings, then you can make them almost any size you want.
