Hi All,

I am using the cloud zoom function for my product detail images here (you may need to refresh the page to get it to load..not sure why).

Zoom feature works, great, and when you select a different color from the color drop-down, it correctly swaps out the main image.

The bug lies when you then hover over the image after it swaps out from choosing a variant option- the cloud zoom feature reverts back to the previous image loaded, instead of zooming into the correct image.


I have tested this on Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. X-cart version 4.4.3.

Anyone else experiencing this problem? I've got an email in with Qualiteam, but no response yet, so I thought I'd see if anyone has experienced this and knows a fix.

I would love to know how this issue was resolved. I am having the exact same issue.

Contact Qualiteam on this. They resolved the issue for free, as it is a bug in the software.
