Question 404 Page Problem
Hi,

I'm trying to customise the default 404 page, I've found the relevant static HTML file, I've set our custom themes CSS file in the head section, but when the page loads the file it seems the file is corrupt? When I inspect the element in Chrome, it looks like the CSS file has been converted to Japanese?!?

Anyone any ideas?
