Default Change Buy Now Button
How do you change the "Buy Now" button to read "Add to Cart"?

I have searched main.css, altskin.css, buy_now.tpl and can't find it.

It is a language variable - edit it in your "languages" area of the admin.

As balinor said its a language variable, go in your admin page, click on webmaster mode and turn it on, then click on open the page in a new window and hover ur mouse over one of the buy now buttons then press e on ur keyboard, a dialogue pops up and you can change it in that!
