Default bcsengineering Importer Updater Pro
Importer Updater Pro for X-cart is not importing the image information to the db. I can upload all basic information without a problem but this is not matter if images are not being added. Has anyone else have this problem. I have a support ticket in but response is slow and no answers yet. Has anyone had problems with bcsengineering support? This is my first time work with them.

support ticket went in yesterday and I have heard from them but no real support yet. I have heard good things about there products and support in the past so we will see.
